Jamie has been part of the Rocq Capital story from the beginning, joining as a founding Director in July 2016 following the management buyout of the Edmond de Rothschild Group in the Channel Islands.

He joined Edmond de Rothschild in 2010 to run the securities broking business, bringing with him experience he had built setting up a Guernsey office for a securities broker focused on creating and trading wealth management solutions. Before that, he had also accumulated experience managing discretionary client portfolios, which gives him an understanding of both sides of the investment relationship.

As Head of Securities Broking, Jamie oversees a service that suits clients who want more direct involvement in their investment decisions, direct market access, structured solutions, and clear reporting throughout. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Jamie is one of the people who decided that running an independent, owner-managed business in Guernsey was worth doing properly. Nearly a decade on, that decision looks like a good one.
