Natalie has had a career that covers more ground than most. She qualified as a lawyer 24 years ago and went on to work for a major international law firm in both London and Singapore before her career took her into in-house legal roles, her own business in New York and London, and eventually to Guernsey.

Before joining Rocq Capital in 2021, she was Legal Director and head of the in-house legal department at a regulated fiduciary company in Guernsey, and prior to that served as Director of Legal and Compliance at an international trading firm based in London. That breadth of experience across different legal environments, regulatory frameworks and business types is exactly what a firm like Rocq needs in the role she now holds.

As Head of Legal, Compliance and Operations, she also serves as MLRO and Company Secretary. She has been a member of the Law Society of England and Wales since 1999 and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Natalie also ran her own business successfully for a number of years, which gives her a practical understanding of how organisations actually work, not just how they're supposed to.
